Butterfly Puddler Workshop & Social (Portage)
Join Wild Ones Greater Cleveland for a hands-on FREE workshop to learn about an easy and inexpensive way to care for the butterflies in your garden. We will be making butterfly puddlers! Participants will learn what supplies are needed to build a DIY butterfly puddler and what kinds of butterflies their new puddlers will attract. Each participant will get to take home a completed butterfly puddler.
We will be providing aluminum pie pans for all participants to use, but you are welcome to bring your own shallow vessel. This can be a shallow bowl, the saucer from a plant pot, a frisbee, clam shell, or any other similarly-shaped dish. We will also be providing a number of different items to decorate our butterfly puddlers. You are welcome to bring your own decorations as well (plastic items are not recommended, as they deteriorate in the sun).
