Wild Ones Greater Cleveland will be the featured speaker at the Building Healthy Communities Summit Medina Chapter for their monthly Plant Based Potluck and Presentation.
The presentation will cover:
Native plants play a critical role in supporting pollinators, birds, and other wildlife, while helping to restore healthy soil, improve water quality, and strengthen local ecosystems. We'll explore why these plants matter and how small choices in our own yards and communities can lead to meaningful change.
You’ll learn about Wild Ones Greater Cleveland, a local chapter of the national nonprofit Wild Ones: Native Plants, Natural Landscapes. This chapter is focused on raising awareness, providing education, and supporting habitat restoration through community programs, public events, and native garden projects across Northeast Ohio.
For the Potluck:
Bring a low-fat, minimal-oil plant based dish to share as we gather for connection and conversation! PLEASE REGISTER ( event is free)
We aim to be zero waste so your help in making this happen is greatly appreciated. We recommend bringing your own water bottle, plates and flatware.
